Application for approval of the Dunmore Sand & Soil Enterprise Agreement 2021
[1] Dunmore Sand & Soil Pty Limited T/A Dunmore Sand & Soil has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Dunmore Sand & Soil Enterprise Agreement 2021 (the Agreement).
[2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 15 November 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2024.
