Introduction
- On 25 February 2020 the applicant filed in the Tribunal an application for administrative review of an Internal Review (IR) conducted by the respondent, the Information and Privacy Commission ("the Commission") dated 30 January 2020, made under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) (PPIP Act).
- The Commission conducted the IR in response to the applicant's request dated 3 December 2019 made under section 53 of the PPIP Act for an internal review of the Commission's "conduct" with respect to his privacy.
- The "conduct" identified by the applicant by which he was "aggrieved" was the purported "use" by the Commission of his "personal information" in two separate letters sent to him by email dated 8 November 2019 ("the letters").
