six-year-old child. Further, you tried to flee from police during the intercept. 2. While your offending does not fall at the higher end of the range for offences of this nature, I consider your moral culpability to be high given your attempted flight, the variety of drugs in your possession and the quantum of heroin and cash, clearly related to trafficking.
