1 Ashley Keith Gow, you have been charged with the following offences on indictment:
- That you and David Anthony, at Tootgarook on 6 December 2014, entered as trespassers, a building situated at 71 Raymond Street, with intent to assault a person therein and at the time, a person was present in the building and that you both knew that a person was present, or you were reckless as to whether a person was present contrary to s77 (1) of the Crimes Act 1958 which carries a maximum term of imprisonment of 25 years.
- That at Tootgarook on 6 December 2014, you assaulted Russell Oliver contrary to the common law which carries a maximum term of imprisonment of five years.
