1 Hamed Ajaj and Abdulgini Klink, you both pleaded not guilty to the following offences:
(a) Charge 1 - the Director of Public Prosecutions charges that Hamed Ajaj and Abdulgini Klink, at Meadow Heights in the State of Victoria, on the 25th day of May 2008, without lawful excuse, recklessly engaged in conduct, namely discharging a firearm at a residential dwelling, that placed Rose Graham in danger of death.
