The Applicant, Mr. Dee Donavan, shall pay to the Respondent, costs on a party to party basis in respect of all proceedings in Matter No. IRC 5385 of 2003 commencing after 19 December, 2003, including the costs associated with this Notice of Motion.

The costs are to be paid by Mr. Donavan to the Respondent within 28 days from the date of this decision.
