DIMAC CONSTRUCTIONS PTY LTD AND GEELONG CONCRETE CUTTING SERVICES PTY LTD ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2026

Application for approval of the Dimac Construction Pty Ltd and Geelong Concrete Cutting Services Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2026

[1] Dimac Construction Pty Ltd (Dimac) and Geelong Concrete Cutting Services Pty Ltd (GCCS) have applied in their capacity as related employers for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Dimac Construction Pty Ltd and Geelong Concrete Cutting Services Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2026 (the Agreement).

[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 19 March 2026. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 21 February 2029.
