A copy of your response must also be served on the Applicant for Review at ........... (insert address) and the City of Stonnington (insert address and contact person) by .............. (insert date three weeks from date of notice).

Any party to the proceedings may request that the proceeding be brought on for a further hearing in order that submissions may be made orally, and the Tribunal of its own volition may also determine to do so.
