- The application is allowed. The amendment to the development plan prepared by Bate Architecture Project no. 07037, Drawing no. TP300, dated 14.01.2008, is approved and determined to be to the satisfaction of the responsible authority.
- In permit application no. WYP2004/08:
- (a) The decision made by the responsible authority is set aside.
- (b) A permit is granted and is directed to be issued. The permit relates to the land known as No. 280-286 Point Cook Road, Point Cook. The permit will allow:
- (i) use and development of the land as a hotel and place of assembly;
- (ii) the installation and use of 70 gaming machines;
- (iii) the sale and consumption of liquor;
- (iv) a reduction in car parking;
- (v) a variation to loading bay requirements;
- (vi) alteration to access in a Road 1 Zone;
- (vii) relocation of an easement;
- (viii) three business identification signs;
