Application to deal with contraventions involving dismissal

[1] For reasons provided in my decision on the transcript on 26 February 2026, I find exceptional circumstances exist under s.366(2) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (the Act) warranting an extension of time. I exercised my discretion to extend period for lodgment in this matter to 14 December 2025.

[2] Subsequently, I conducted a conference under s.368 of the Act. The matter was not resolved and I issued a certificate under s.368(3) of the Act.
