The parties having reached agreement, and the terms of the agreement having been reduced to writing and signed by the parties and given to the Tribunal, and the Tribunal being satisfied that a decision in the terms of the agreement would be within its powers, the Tribunal makes the following decision pursuant to section 103 of the :
CHILD SUPPORT - percentage of care - change to the pattern of care - existing percentage of care determinations revoked - new determinations made - decision under review set aside and substituted
