Application for approval of the ACTIVE INTERIORS PTY LTD and the CFMEU (Victorian Construction and General Division) Subcontractors Plastering Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2027
[1] A decision was made for the approval of an enterprise agreement known as the ACTIVE INTERIORS PTY LTD and the CFMEU (Victorian Construction and General Division) Subcontractors Plastering Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2027 (Agreement) on 6 August 2025.[1]
[2] The decision erred in paragraph [4] where it was stated the Agreement would operate from 11 August 2025 in accordance with s.54 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (Act).
[3] The operative date of the Agreement must be 7 days from approval to be in accordance with s.54 of the Act.
[4] As the Agreement was approved on 6 August 2025, the Agreement will operate from 13 August 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 2 July 2027.
