Application for approval of a variation of the Concord Kindergarten Association Incorporated Child Care Employees Enterprise Agreement 2011-2013.
[1] An application has been made by Concord Kindergarten Association Incorporated for a variation of the Concord Kindergarten Association Incorporated Child Care Employees Enterprise Agreement 2011-2013 ("the Agreement"), due to an error in the Agreement as initially approved. United Voice, NSW Branch has filed a declaration in support of the application to vary the Agreement. The application seeks to delete Table 1 - Rates of Pay and Table 2 - Director's Allowance appearing in Schedule 1 of the Agreement and to insert the following:
