Ground 9 - Subpoena Suppression and Judicial Irregularity (Hartnett) Subpoena applications filed in late May and early June 2025 were accepted, sealed and served, then "suppressed by Chambers" without explanation. I was denied a hearing on my subpoena requests, which is a fundamental procedural failure.
Ground 10 - Judicial Conflict and Entanglement Registrar Hartnett allowed objections from Lander & Rogers (who had accepted party status) to suppress subpoenas directed at themselves, without disclosing that dual role. This is improper under Rule 11.4 and created apprehended bias.
