Fair Work Australia approved an enterprise agreement for Centre Against Sexual Violence Inc. Because the agreement did not include a flexibility term, the standard model flexibility term automatically applied under the Fair Work Act. The Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union, which had acted as a bargaining representative, gave notice that it wanted to be covered by the agreement, and this was noted by the Commissioner.
