Application for approval of the CareSuper Enterprise Agreement 2025 - correction to decision - paragraph [7]
The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 9 December 2025 [FWCA 4171, AE531434] is corrected as follows:
[7] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54, will operate from 16 December 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 9 December 2028.
