- This is an application for leave to appeal from the refusal by a County Court judge of an application by the applicant pursuant to s.23A of the 1958 ("the Act") to extend the time within which she could bring an action against the respondent for damages for psychological injuries she alleges she sustained as a result of assaults upon her by the respondent.
