Application for approval of the Buslines Group Bus Drivers' (Bathurst) Enterprise Agreement 2025

[1] Buslines Group Pty Limited T/A Bathurst Buslines (Applicant) has made an application for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Buslines Group Bus Drivers' (Bathurst) Enterprise Agreement 2025 (the Agreement) pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act). The Agreement is a single enterprise agreement.

[2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement lodged contained an error at clause 34(a), in that the reference to "Care Super" should read "MySuper". The Applicant sought to correct this error and filed an amended page of the Agreement. I am satisfied that the correction should be made and that it is appropriate to do so pursuant to s.586 of the Act.

[4] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from 16 January 2026. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 9 January 2030.
