- This is an appeal brought pursuant to s.148 of the ("the ") from a decision made by a member of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal ("the Tribunal") on 3 October 2002 in a claim brought pursuant to the 1973. The Tribunal dismissed the claim. The unsuccessful applicant made application to this court for leave to appeal the decision. Order 4 of Chapter 2 of the Rules of Court deals with the procedure. The application was made to a Master who granted leave. The jurisdiction of this court on the appeal is confined to a question of law. See s.148(1).
