Application for termination of the Smit Marine Australia and Maritime Union of Australia Greenfields Agreement - correction to decision - paragraph [11]

[1] Pursuant to s.602 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (Act), the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 24 March 2026, [2026] FWCA 723, is corrected as follows:

The reference in paragraph [11] to '24 August 2026' as the date from which termination of the Agreement will operate is deleted and replaced with '24 March 2026'.
