Application for variation of the Border Express Pty Ltd Transport Employees Melbourne Sites Enterprise Agreement 2021

[1] On 19 December 2025, Border Express Pty Ltd made an application under s 210 to vary the Border Express Pty Ltd Transport Employees Melbourne Sites Enterprise Agreement 2021 (the Agreement). Voting to approve the variation concluded on 10 December 2025.

[2] The application seeks to vary various clauses of the Agreement. The variation to the Agreement is attached as Annexure A.

[3] I am satisfied that each of the requirements under ss 210 and 211 as are relevant to this application have been met.

[4] The variation is approved and the consolidated version of the Agreement, as varied, is attached to this decision.

[5] In accordance with s 216 of the Act, the variation operates from 6 March 2026.
