- The Applicant committed the offence at the age of 17. He was therefore a young offender at the time that the offence was committed.
(vi) in relation to any sexual offence, the age of any victim
- The age of the victim at the time of the offence was 13 years of age. However, the Secretary acknowledges the victim's admission that she lied about her age to the Applicant, telling him she was 16 years of age.
