During the Basic Stage, Prunus Persica will:

I enforce an agreement I concluded with Dave in 2022 in terms of which, loosely put, when he decided he'd 'had enough' and wanted to exit our business, he would sell his interests in Vaccinium Partnership, Early Blue, Next Progeny and all related assets to me or my nominee. The particulars of this Agreement are set out in the Statement of claim. One of the terms of that agreement was that the plaintiffs or a nominee would purchase part of Dave's farm, known as Lot 50, along with the business conducted on it. Nominee companies of mine purchased Lot 50 and the business[.]
Does the balance of convenience favour the granting of any relief?
