- The applicant's attention is drawn to the need to obtain Council's separate approval for any ancillary activity not approved by this consent, including: (a) the removal of any tree(s) not indicated on the approved plans and any tree(s) located greater than 3 metres from the building perimeter.
(b) any fencing located forward of the proposed building and exceeding the heights specified in the Table to Part 1 of Council's Local Approvals Policy.
(c) The erection of any retaining walls, not being "Exempt Development" within the BLEP 1988.
