BAMFA Properties v Manningham CC [2008] VCAT 925
Have the revised plans addressed the Tribunal's concerns?
The permit will allow the use and development of the land for a child care centre in accordance with the endorsed plans.
The Construction Management Plan must be implemented and complied with at all times to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority unless with the further written approval of the Responsible Authority.
The Responsible Authority may extend the periods referred to if a request is made in writing before the permit expires or within three (3) months afterwards.
[1] The plans were sought to be corrected by a letter from Best Hooper dated 21 May 2008, filed without leave. I had detected errors in any event such as inaccurate references to numbers of car spaces.
