Application for approval of the Freighter Group Enterprise Agreement - Hallam 2025 - correction to expiry date

The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 10 October 2025 [2025] FWCA 3336 is corrected as follows:

By deleting paragraph [5] of the decision and replacing it with the following:

[5] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from 17 October 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 July 2026.
