This date is selected as it is the last completed balance sheet for the Fund prior to the disqualification of the Respondents. The Acting Trustee states that no financial records for the periods after 30 June 1999 were prepared.

As the dies etc were never specifically identified or removed from the possession of companies controlled by the Respondents, the valuation covers in excess of 8100 dies i.e. more dies than are accounted for by the various transfer agreements (5658 dies).
