Section 119 of The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 199; Order correcting a clerical mistakes.
RESPONDENTS: Stonnington City Council, Mirvac Projects Pty Ltd, Frances and Alan Kirzner and others
The responsible authority has drawn the Tribunal's attention to a clerical mistake in its order of 19 June 2003. Sub-clauses (g) and (h) of Condition No.6 should be numbered (f) and (g) respectively and in Condition No.9(f) the expression "posed' should read, 'posted'.
The Tribunal's order of 19 June 2003 is corrected, accordingly, pursuant to section 119 of The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998.
