Ground 2 - Did the primary judge follow an unfair evidentiary process?
Ground 1 - Did the primary judge err in finding exceptional urgency and in ordering an irreversible interim sale on that basis?
Ground 3 - Was there a material error in understanding the equity position?
Ground 4 - Was there mischaracterisation of hardship, the default notice and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority intervention as indicators of imminent enforcement and urgency when those matters evidenced financial stabilisation?
Ground 5 - Did the primary judge err by failing to weigh comparative hardship and the selection of the most harmful interim remedy?
