Application for approval of the APAC Enterprise Agreement 2025 - correction to decision, paragraph [5], operative date.
The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 22 January 2026 [[2026] FWCA 73, AE531787] is corrected as follows:
[1] The operative date at paragraph [5] is amended to '29 January 2026'.
