The applicant seeks, pursuant to the proposed substituted plans, approval for a five storey residential hotel, including a ground floor convenience shop and licensed food and drink premises, associated basement car parking and business identification signage.
a) A basement car park with 28 car spaces (10 spaces in tandem arrangement), a bicycle store for 7 bicycles, 2 lifts and a stairwell and utility / service rooms including a bottle crush. The lifts and stairwell service all of the floors.
b) The ground floor contains a reception and lobby area, a 115 m2/ 40 person lounge, a 154m2 /42 person restaurant and an 80m2 convenience shop.
