This is a routine administrative decision by Fair Work Australia approving an enterprise agreement for Asciano Services Pty Ltd covering Pacific National's intermodal terminal operations. The agreement was approved because it met all statutory requirements, and the rail union was noted as being covered by the agreement because it had requested this as a bargaining representative. The agreement operates from 15 September 2010 and expires on 30 June 2012.
