REASONS FOR DECISION
- This is an appeal from an order made by the Tribunal on 11 May 2016 that the application of Saskia Armee (the appellant) be dismissed.
- For the purpose of conducting the appeal on grounds of appeal 1 - 5, the Appeal Panel admitted into evidence a statement by the appellant dated 24 June 2016 and other documents. Some of those documents will be referred to in these reasons.
- Those documents show that the appellant and Richard Cabala, as tenants, entered into a standard form residential tenancy agreement (the agreement) on 29 September 2015, with David Brealey (the respondent). The agreement related to residential premises in Newport at a rent of $2,000 per fortnight.
