DNATA CATERING & RETAIL AUSTRALIA & TWU - ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2024

Application for approval of the dnata Catering & Retail Australia & TWU - Enterprise Agreement 2024 - correction to decision - title of enterprise agreement - undertakings

[1] The decision [2025] FWCA 4026 (PR794287) issued by the Fair Work Commission on 28 November 2025 is corrected as follows:

1. The references to the enterprise agreement's title are corrected to read "dnata Catering & Retail Australia & TWU - Enterprise Agreement 2024";

2. The undertakings dated 11 November 2025 provided by Alpha Flight Services Pty Ltd trading as dnata Catering & Retail ("the Employer") are removed as an annexure from both the original decision approving the enterprise agreement and the enterprise agreement itself, and replaced with undertakings provided by the Employer dated 6 November 2025. A copy of the undertakings dated 6 November 2025 can be found at Annexure A to this decision.
