[1] I have determined that the application lodged by Mr Alexander Teakle (the Applicant) under s.365 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) be dismissed, as the jurisdictional objection raised by Civil Independence Industries Pty Ltd, that it did not employ the Applicant, is not contested.
