Application for approval of the Adbri Cement Angaston Enterprise Agreement 2025

[1] Adbri Limited has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Adbri Cement Angaston Enterprise Agreement 2025 (the Agreement).

[2] On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 25 December 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 1 January 2028.

[4] The Agreement covers the Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union, the Australian Workers' Union, and the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia.
