The application seeks to demolish the existing buildings on the site and construct a 31 storey (96.2 metres AHD high) building accommodating 158 dwellings and two retail premises.
The building will contain 157 car spaces which will be accessed via the laneway system to the rear of the site and from Albert Road. A lift system will enable residents to access their car spaces within the building.
The building is contemporary in form with an exoskeleton wrapping around the building.
