### sec.82 Additional amount payable if levy not paid A self-insurer must pay the Regulator an additional amount calculated as prescribed under a regulation if— the self-insurer is given written notice of the amount of the levy; and the self-insurer does not pay the amount of levy specified in the notice on or before the due date. The Regulator may recover the amount of levy and the additional amount payable to it by the self-insurer. s 82 amd 2013 No. 52 s 114 sch 2 (sec.82-ssec.1) A self-insurer must pay the Regulator an additional amount calculated as prescribed under a regulation if— the self-insurer is given written notice of the amount of the levy; and the self-insurer does not pay the amount of levy specified in the notice on or before the due date.
