### sec.78 Duration of licence A licence is issued for a period of 2 years. However, on an application for the renewal of a licence, the licence may be issued for a period of not more than 4 years. The period of the licence must be stated in the licence. s 78 sub 2005 No. 50 s 12 (sec.78-ssec.1) A licence is issued for a period of 2 years. (sec.78-ssec.2) However, on an application for the renewal of a licence, the licence may be issued for a period of not more than 4 years. (sec.78-ssec.3) The period of the licence must be stated in the licence.
