### sec.706 Protection from liability Section 374 of the pre-amended Act continues to apply, despite its repeal by the amendment Act, in relation to an act done or omission made by the authorised person before commencement. For subsection (1), the reference in section 374(2) of the pre-amended Act to the Authority is taken to be a reference to the State. s 706 ins 2013 No. 52 s 107 (sec.706-ssec.1) Section 374 of the pre-amended Act continues to apply, despite its repeal by the amendment Act, in relation to an act done or omission made by the authorised person before commencement. (sec.706-ssec.2) For subsection (1), the reference in section 374(2) of the pre-amended Act to the Authority is taken to be a reference to the State.
