### sec.703 Requirement of authorised person under previous s 520 This section applies to a requirement made by an authorised person under section 520(3)(b) of the pre-amended Act if the time for complying with the requirement has not passed at the commencement. The requirement— continues to have effect; and from the commencement, is taken to be a requirement made by an authorised person under section 532D(3)(b). s 703 ins 2013 No. 52 s 107 (sec.703-ssec.1) This section applies to a requirement made by an authorised person under section 520(3)(b) of the pre-amended Act if the time for complying with the requirement has not passed at the commencement. (sec.703-ssec.2) The requirement— continues to have effect; and from the commencement, is taken to be a requirement made by an authorised person under section 532D(3)(b). - (a) continues to have effect; and - (b) from the commencement, is taken to be a requirement made by an authorised person under section 532D(3)(b).
