### sec.702 Requirement of authorised person under previous s 519 This section applies to a requirement made by an authorised person under section 519(2) of the pre-amended Act if the time for complying with the requirement has not passed at the commencement. The requirement— continues to have effect; and from the commencement, is taken to be a requirement made by an authorised person under section 532C(2). s 702 ins 2013 No. 52 s 107 (sec.702-ssec.1) This section applies to a requirement made by an authorised person under section 519(2) of the pre-amended Act if the time for complying with the requirement has not passed at the commencement. (sec.702-ssec.2) The requirement— continues to have effect; and from the commencement, is taken to be a requirement made by an authorised person under section 532C(2). - (a) continues to have effect; and - (b) from the commencement, is taken to be a requirement made by an authorised person under section 532C(2).
