### sec.68A Self-insurance for local governments
A local government self-insurer may, under the self-insurer’s licence, also cover councillors of a local government.
If councillors of a local government are covered under a local government self-insurer’s licence, each councillor of the local government is covered under the licence.
A local government self-insurer must, when advising councillors of its decision to cover them, also advise the Regulator of the decision.

(sec.68A-ssec.1) A local government self-insurer may, under the self-insurer’s licence, also cover councillors of a local government.
(sec.68A-ssec.2) If councillors of a local government are covered under a local government self-insurer’s licence, each councillor of the local government is covered under the licence.
(sec.68A-ssec.3) A local government self-insurer must, when advising councillors of its decision to cover them, also advise the Regulator of the decision.
