### sec.603 Injury under former Act
This section applies if a worker sustained an injury before the commencement of this section.
A former Act, as in force when the injury was sustained, applies in relation to the injury.
Section 558 of the repealed Act continues to apply in relation to a former Act mentioned in the section.
However, a person entitled to lump sum compensation, weekly payments or dependant allowances under a former Act is entitled to the benefit of every increase in QOTE.
In this section—
injury means injury as defined in the former Act.

(sec.603-ssec.1) This section applies if a worker sustained an injury before the commencement of this section.
