### sec.585 Entitlements to compensation under contract of employment prohibited and void A contract of employment can not include a provision for accident pay, or other payment, on account of a worker sustaining an injury. A provision of a contract of employment is of no force or effect to the extent it provides for payment of accident pay, or other payment, on account of a worker sustaining an injury.
