### sec.581 Self-insurer recovery of debts A self-insurer may recover a debt owed to the self-insurer because of payments made by the self-insurer under section 92 or 92A — on the complaint of the self-insurer under the Justices Act 1886 , before an industrial magistrate; or by action for debt. s 581 amd 2003 No. 85 s 28 sch - (a) on the complaint of the self-insurer under the Justices Act 1886 , before an industrial magistrate; or - (b) by action for debt.
