### sec.496 Proceedings of tribunals
For each tribunal—
the Regulator may appoint a secretary; and
meetings are to be held at the place and time decided by the tribunal or, if there is no decision, as the secretary to the tribunal directs; and
if there is disagreement among the members of the tribunal, a decision of the tribunal is that of the majority of its members.
