### sec.495 Conditions of appointment to tribunal An appointee to a panel for a tribunal is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council. The appointee holds office for the period stated in the gazette notice on the conditions, not otherwise provided for by this Act, decided by the Governor in Council.
