### sec.485 Minister not director etc. The Minister is not to be treated as a WorkCover director. The Minister does not incur civil liability for an act or omission done or omitted to be done honestly and without negligence under or for this Act in relation to WorkCover. A liability that would, apart from subsection (2) , attach to the Minister attaches instead to the State. This section has effect despite the Corporations Act .
