### sec.469 Display of authorised person’s identity card
An authorised person may exercise a power in relation to someone else only if the authorised person—
first produces the authorised person’s identity card for the person’s inspection; or
has the identity card displayed so it is clearly visible to the person.
However, if for any reason it is not practicable to comply with subsection (1) , the authorised person must produce the identity card for inspection by the person at the first reasonable opportunity.

(sec.469-ssec.1) An authorised person may exercise a power in relation to someone else only if the authorised person— first produces the authorised person’s identity card for the person’s inspection; or has the identity card displayed so it is clearly visible to the person.
(sec.469-ssec.2) However, if for any reason it is not practicable to comply with subsection (1) , the authorised person must produce the identity card for inspection by the person at the first reasonable opportunity.
